You definitely got to go to this place if you're hungry just got the best food you can wrap your lips around

The place was full so I'm assuming the food is good. I got pork chops, mash potatoes and cabbage and my son got fried chicken, meat loaf, mash potatoes and corn. We had to go orders, but you can eat in restaurant. The prices range between $8-$10. If i don't post anything else that means the food was good😁

Good southern cooking at it's best

The food is always seasoned well and good too, the level of friendly staff is a blessing to say the least! Thank you ALL!

The parking is horrible! They are very fast and efficient. The food was typical cafeteria food. I was a little disappointed with the lack of seasoning.

The corn muffins were terrible. Too hard....3rd time we have eaten there and they were very hard. Everything else was very good.

All reviews that have more than one star is from one of the stakeholders in the restaurant or just don't know what good food taste like. It's hard for me to write this because it is true that everyone that works here is very nice, with the exception of the Asian cashier. The food was average at best. The southern fried steak taste like what I imagine a sponge tasting like. The pork chops were ok, the mac and cheese was less than average, the greens were good. How do these people stay in business?

The customer service was great but the food do not have a taste a waste of $10 I ordered the bake fish the squash casserole and the cabbages

Had the oxtails and rice. It lacked flavor and seasonings. Also, the gravy was greasy and made the rice inedible!

Always has a good selection. The fried chicken is a must have. Lunch tends to be busy and parking can be tight. Worth the effort of a good "meat and 3".

Best country cooking anywhere.!

Food taste great. The baked tilapia was excellent. The peach cobbler was on point. Clean appearance once staff. My first visit will go back.

Great place for lunch! Food is always fresh and well seasoned. They have great selection of meat and vegetable items. Dessert is good also! You can dine in or take out - they close at 3. For lunch however, get there before crowd!

Certainly a place worth trying, the food is awesome and fresh, the prices are fair and it is regularly well organized there. Keep it up.

Been coming here for years. Awesome to have old country food time to time. Dessert is always good.

Good food at a good price

I went to Sarah's Country Cooking 5 minutes before they opened and a line was quickly forming at the door and the food did not disappoint. I had the fried pork chops with turnip greens, dressing and banana pudding for dessert. Everything I ate was fresh, delicious, and homemade. I would definitely eat there again.

Great southern style food

I love eating at Sarah's Country Cooking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is too die for! Everything is served fresh. I love the peach cobbler ❤️ If you want some Great Home cooking, this is the place to come but make sure you get there early because once the food is gone, they close😦

Excellent food and even better service

Pretty good not great. Bass Soul Food much better. Nice folks except the battle ax doing out meat. Beef liver and onions good. Turnip greens super. Dressing mediocre. A little on the pricey side. My lunch with drink over $11.

I visited for the first time on 1/23/2020, and the turnip greens were the best I've ever eaten! Other items on menu were also good. I was pleased that the quantity was more than adequate for me and the price was reasonable. The facility was neat and clean with space for dining in or taking out. I could see why the parking lot quickly filled up when the doors opened.Only one thing was disappointing: The muffin I was served was not soft and may have been left over from the previous day. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant, and I will more than likely return.

This spot constantly delivers. They serve great food for fair pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is busy.

If you want good soul food this is the places to go my mom love this places and they have good bake chicken. And good desserts. Go for lunch the food is great. Good environment.

Omg wow, the baked chicken was so moist and flavorful, the macaroni was delicious and the collard greens was just right, definitely will be visiting again soon

This was not what I read reviews about. Obviously most people who wrote reviews dont know what good southern food taste like... and they were not friendly. I was overcharged and when I tried to get it corrected the cashier was rude and still did not fully correct the error. I was overcharged so please look at your receipt. The food is not worth the price and the atmosphere is greatly lacking.

This is your grandmas cooking.. absolutely amazing.. the service is wonderful the people are nice.. and the FOOD is magnificent.. I haven't been here in over a year until today and I promise you they didn't miss a beat♥️♥️♥️♥️.. They've got a 100 for a reason

Hmm..where do I begin? I am a former employee of Sarah’s Country Cooking, and first things first, the new owner and business partner have no idea how to run a business. The staff is unprofessional and the lady who bakes the cakes is rude, miserable, and will run any good employee away with her insensitive mouth. The new owner of Sarah’s overworks her underpaid staff, then has the nerve to keep the tips for herself instead of dividing them amongst her hard working employees. Let’s be honest..the food is pretty good, but we all know poor management can take a great business and run it right into the ground.

The food is delicious. This is more like a cafeteria than an "all you can eat" buffet. The menu was full of diner staples like baked and fried chicken and pork chops and cabbage. Well be back.

Sarah's Country Cooking is good soul food. I love going on Fridays for some great fried catfish! I love the vegetables too.

Last week was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the superb dishes and booze and with the decent charge. We will surely visit there again.

I have absolutely loved Sarah’s since I discovered them many years ago. I have taken all my family there over the years. So I go in today, and I just happened to look on the wall at the business license and it did not have the founding business owner’s name on it. The food is pretty close to the same, but all the pictures of the family have been removed. The atmosphere has changed. So, I might be back. It just isn’t the same
